WebJun 12, 2024 · If the brake lights don't work and you have turn signals, it is probably in the turn signal switch (PIA in R66). There is a small thin contact for the brake light on each side that is interrupted when the turn signals are switched on. If one turn signal won't cancel, chances are it is in the T/S switch.
