Dish hopper keeps restarting

Everything that happens during the reset happens at the hopper. The joeys have to go out while the hopper resets either way so there isn’t a way to change their reset time. It also doesn't matter if its full-screen or not. In general, the restart does happen more often than not and usually it happens fairly quickly after starting a video (seconds or minutes).
