I removed 10% from the base alpha-N table. Won't start without throttle. Once warmed up, still a little rich in the rear, out of BLM range. I then removed 20% from base alpha-N table.

With the Key Off & bike in neutral, place a jumper wire (14-16 awg) between the battery positive terminal and the Green wire terminal on the starter. The bike won't start but should crank. If it does crank, the starter relay is probably bad. If it does not crank, the starter assembly has an issue.
