Ride N Safe provides non-emergency medical transportation all year long, supporting nights, weekends, and holidays. This is especially comforting for spouses, caregivers, and adult children assisting with a patient's care while working full-time or living far away. WebAs a CountyCare Member, First Transit can help you get a ride to and from your medical appointments at no cost to you. You can schedule rides for medical appointments such as dialysis, physical therapy, doctor visit or lab services if you have an appointment and the service is covered by CountyCare. WebYou can schedule your ride by calling toll-free 877-404-4500 and TDD 800-722-0353 during these hours: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday; 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.
