WebFeb 6, 2024 · One of the outstanding associations of the United Methodist Church, and more specifically Dunwoody United Methodist Church, is the relationship we share with the Boy Scouts of America (BSA). As a part of that association, each year, we set aside the second Sunday in February to recognize and celebrate our Boy Scouts. WebFeb 6, 2024 · In the instance of the United Methodist Church, Scout Sunday is celebrated on the second Sunday in February. It also is permissible for a local church to celebrate on the Sunday most acceptable to the pastor and congregation. The Scout units are urged to participate in the religious services.
